September 2014 – The Reynolds Company acquired Chief Adhesives based in Fort Worth, Texas. Reynolds will keep the facility in Fort Worth and will work to continue to expand the facility by adding more capacity and different technological capabilities in both hot melts and water based adhesives. Chief Adhesives fits well into Reynolds strategic plans for further growth well into the future. The Reynolds Company is continuing to seek other acquisition candidates that fit well into our model.
