The Reynolds Company Welcomes Hank Welch and Daniel Bouck to the Sales Team

Hank Welch Joins Sales Team in our Georgia Region

Having been born and raised on the outskirts of the “Carpet Capital of the World,” a career in flooring only seemed natural for Hank. After graduating from college, Hank joined Tandus, where he served the company in a multitude of roles beginning stateside as a factory supervisor and then in Suzhou, China, where he managed the Asian onsite operations.

After his return from China, Hank joined Fabric Sources International, where he spearheaded the company’s efforts to launch a new hot melt lamination division. Over seven years, Hank contributed to that new division’s growth from the ground up, helping it grow to a multi-million dollar operation.

Now, having joined The Reynolds Company team, Hank’s longstanding customer care, coupled with his unique experience and skill set, is something he looks forward to offering every customer relationship.

Hank earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and also a Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate from the University of West Georgia, where he played golf. He and his wife, Amanda, and three daughters: Hayes, Emmy, and Wynn live in metro Atlanta and enjoy traveling, golf, kayaking, and college football.
