Reynco 53-974 is a premium EVA hot melt designed specifically for pocket coil assembly. It offers superior machinability and excellent hot tack, ensuring consistent performance on all automated pocket coil machines.

Reynco 55-450 is a robust pressure sensitive adhesive ideal for bonding foam substrates. Its residual tack makes it well suited for pre-application allowing components to be assembled later without loss of integrity. The adhesive performs especially well foam encasement, case build-up and side-rail assembly for foam mattress manufacturing.

Reynco 57-166B, part of the QuietMelt™ series, delivers excellent green strength and strong adhesion to specialty foams and topper materials. It provides longer open time supporting both automatic and manual mattress construction processes. The adhesive features a distinct blue color that improves spray pattern visibility, helping reduce overspray and ensuring consistent adhesive application for better quality control.
