John’s impressive career began in 1991 with National Starch & Chemical Company and later with Henkel Adhesive Technologies through acquisition. His roles in sales management and profit and loss responsibilities have touched various markets in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. He led a global team dedicated to commercializing Cool-Lok adhesives, enhancing integration with auto feeders and melting systems. Before retirement in 2020, he served as Vice President of Henkel’s Packaging Division for North America and later heading up Henkel’s Canadian operations, overseeing all industrial adhesive divisions.
After retiring from Henkel in 2020, John began consulting with private equity companies and chemical distributors while joining the board of advisors for Diversified Chemical Technology, Inc., where he offered strategic guidance and industry insights.
