John Joy

John Joy began working at The Reynolds Company in March 2006 in the Hot Melt Packaging Department. John graduated from Liberty University with a B.S. in Business Management and Operations. He was one of Reynolds’ first people to earn the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. He believes in Reynolds culture and vision. This belief and hard work led to his promotion to Plant Manager in early 2023. John is an Easley, SC native where he resides with his wife, Allie and two daughters.
