Dave Haluska

Dave Haluska joined The Reynolds Company on May 15, 2022 and serves as Vice President of Sales & Distribution. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a B.S. in Mathematics. Dave and his wife, Wendy make their home in Waukesha, Wisconsin, and have two children Sam and Hannah.

Dave’s professional career began with Nalco Chemical (Eco-Labs), where he mastered skills in selling and a philosophy that focuses on delivering value above and beyond the competition. His experience in the adhesive industry was developed while employed by two large distributors, Applied Products and BC Adhesives. While with Applied Products, Dave’s focus was in a sales leadership role where he drove several developmental projects from conception to commercialization. At BC Adhesives, he served as General Manager, where he helped enhance a sales culture based on the firm’s value-added approach and propelled the firm to be a leading adhesive distribution company in the United States with solid growth and unprecedented profitability. In his sales management role at BC Adhesives, he was involved in determining key strategies for sourcing products and opening new markets.
