Reynolds Welcomes Jeff Kluck to Sales

Please welcome Jeff Kluck to the Technical Sales Team. Jeff joined Reynolds in early June 2024, and he and his family reside in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania. In his words, Jeff shared the following when asked about his career and experience.

Since starting in the manufacturing sector out of college as a 2nd shift Kolbus case-in operator, my knowledge of glue has always been first-hand experience. To this day, I use what I learned in those odd hours running an integrated, 2-shot cold/hot binding line as an operator. Knowing that quality and production are paramount is why I sought out how to join The Reynolds Company.

I’ve always used or sold Reynolds glue. Whether hot melt or water-based, the quality was superior, and the performance was the same from batch to batch. That confidence is what I bring to our customers. My role is to focus on a technical sales approach, relying on quality and production whenever a ReynoCo adhesive shows up on their dock.

Leaving my last position put me back into place with my roots as a Territory Sales Manager. Highlighting the advantages The Reynolds Company provides to potential customers fosters productive conversation on improved efficiencies. If I could sum it up in a few words, The Reynolds Company could be considered America’s favorite glue company. They’ve always done what they do, and they do it well.

I hope to add my 27 years of manufacturing experience of bonding substrates using glue to the legacy of The Reynolds Company. The only way I can do that is to get in front of them and ask them about their ideas for improvements or cost reduction. My job gets more fun when I can be involved with daily operations on process improvements and formulation advances.”
