Reynolds Announces New Leadership Roles
The Reynolds Company, a Greenville-based subsidiary of Itochu International, Inc., announced the retirement of Neel Reynolds, CEO, effective October 1, 2022, and that Neel will continue to lead as Senior Advisor to the CEO until March 31, 2023. Douglas Deitz, who has served the Company as President, will replace Neel as CEO and President.
Under Neel’s leadership, Reynolds created next-generation products that have led the industry in relevance and value. He successfully expanded the Company’s growth through direct sales, distribution, and geographic expansion. With a commitment to the company’s customers, Neel has paved the way for Reynolds to deliver unique products and unsurpassed customer service. Next April, Neel plans to spend more time with his family and volunteer in the Greenville Community.
Doug joined The Reynolds Company in 2018. Doug’s extensive career in the adhesives industry has enabled his leadership of the Sales Team to expand the company into new markets while increasing product sales. He was promoted to President in February of 2022, working to meet customers’ needs through hard work and dedication to customer service. He and his wife Roz, formerly from Minnesota, reside in Greenville, SC. He will maintain the “lasting bonds” culture at The Reynolds Company.
