Andy McLay Joins Reynolds’ Hot Melt Packaging Management

The Reynolds Company is pleased to introduce Mr. Andy McLay as a new addition to Hot Melt Packaging Management in our South Carolina location.

Andy’s professional career began with IPC Supply, Inc. in 2007, where his time was spent learning the various facets of a chemical blending and distribution company. Starting his work in warehousing and inventory control, he ultimately worked his way to overseeing the day-to-day operations.

During his time at IPC Supply, Andy experienced a variety of roles over 15 years. Dealing with customers and vendors enhanced his knowledge of the importance of maintaining a reliable supply of materials. It was this knowledge that allowed him to become an integral part of providing customers with a high-quality product on which they could depend. Time spent in procurement allowed him to develop various vendor relationships with a focus on reducing expenses and maximizing efficiencies.

Andy graduated from Lander University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management/Marketing. He and his wife, Ashley, live in Anderson, South Carolina. They have two children, Pursley and Lochlan.
